I want to see a horizontal treatment of regulation. I want to see the broadband providers split into two parts either literally or at least from the accounting point of view. I want wholesale broadband service to be required. I want them not to be able to interfere with anyone's applications. I want them to charge themselves the same for their access as they charge everyone else. All of those things."
